Colours may appear slightly different from screen to screen, depending on your device.
If your basket needs reshaping after shipping, this is normal and easy to correct.

Baskets are often packed in a compressed state to keep shipping affordable, as shown below. They are very resilient and reshape easily in minutes.

Return Policy for Baskets

Effective for 7 days after you receive your purchase.

You may apply for a refund if:

  • you received the wrong basket
  • your basket was damaged during shipping
  • your basket was defective, or damaged in packing and not caught before shipment

For shipping damage, send us within 7 days:

  • a clear photo of the damaged basket
  • a clear photo of each of the six sides of the shipping box

Once we confirm the damage, we begin the refund process.

In some cases, The Baba Tree may offer an alternative solution that is quicker and more satisfactory for both sides, in place of a refund.

Refunds are not available for:

  • damage that occurs after delivery
  • claims made more than 7 days after delivery
  • change of mind, except where EU consumer law applies

Return Policy for Lampshades

Effective for 30 days after delivery.

You may apply for a refund if:

  • you received the wrong lampshade
  • your lampshade was damaged during shipping
  • your lampshade was defective, or damaged in packing and not caught before shipment

For shipping damage, contact us within 30 days with:

  • a clear photo of the shipping sack
  • a clear photo of the damaged lampshade

Once we confirm the damage, we begin the refund process. As with baskets, we may offer an alternative solution in place of a refund.

  • claims made more than 30 days after delivery
  • change of mind, except where EU consumer law applies

Handle Breakage Guarantee

If a handle breaks during reasonable use within 6 months of purchase, on Solara, Stay Flow, Zaane Tia, Nyariga, Oval, Laundry or Round baskets, we will replace the basket free of charge.

This does not apply to Pot Baskets, Naughty George, or Sashay baskets, whose handles are not designed for heavy use.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are applied immediately to your original payment method.

Late or Missing Refunds

First check your bank account again.
Then contact your card company.
Then contact your bank, as posting times can vary.
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact sales@babatree.com.
